Introducing Axtell Duo
9:00 PM21:00

Introducing Axtell Duo

"Take hazy male vocals, pair them with a crystal clear lady voice, throw in a kick drum, some acoustic poppiness, and a ukulele, and you’ve got a winning combination." -507 Magazine, Rochester, MN.

Julian Hernandez, a young yet experienced soloist from northern Argentina and Kat Axtell, a former biology student from Minnesota, began singing and writing together in Buenos Aires, Argentina to form the pop folk/soul duet "Axtell." Starting out in the trains and streets of the capital, they moved upward to bars and music venues and have performed in multiple cities in Argentina, Uruguay, and the United States.
The duo stands aside with an energetic performance that frequently breaks the fourth wall and "puts so much passion and love into every note that they play, and puts a smile on the face of everyone in the crowd."
Despite being just two onstage, the pair produces an energetic live show with just acoustic guitar, ukulele and kick drum to back up their best feature: memorable melodies with captivating harmonies.
